UniCredit's advertising campaign launched today
A true European bank with 28 million customers, more than 7,000 branches in 19 countries: this is the key message of the new UniCredit campaign, which is designed to announce the creation of a new Group resulting from the recent business combination between the UniCredit Group and the HVB Group.
The advertising campaign has been translated into 19 languages and every advertisement gives prominence to the local brands - a tangible sign of the importance that local culture and heritage have within the new Group.
The campaign is mainly aimed at opinion leaders and members of the business community.
The creative concept is based upon 3 key features:
- The idea: to celebrate something new, to make our clients the focus of our communication
- The message: from now on, 28 million Europeans have a bank created by them and dedicated to them
- The tone: passionate yet concrete.
This advertising campaign has been planned to take place mainly through the print media - viz., the most important newspaper and business magazines in those countries where the UniCredit Group is present with operational units - during November 2005 and January 2006.
