Barbara Calosso shares a quick and easy recipe for a tasty chocolate and hazelnut treat. Mmmmmm, delicious!

1. Mix the egg with hazelnut cream
2. Add flour little by little and keep mixing it together to a dough
3. Grease your hands with a little oil and make little balls, placing them on a baking tray covered with baking paper
4. Once on the tray, make small indents in the centre of the balls with your finger
5. Bake the biscuits in the oven at 180C for ten minutes
6. When they have cooled fill the indent with a generous dollop of hazelnut cream
7. Enjoy!
