10 GOLDEN RULES

Keep a safe distance from colleagues and customers, at all times and in accordance with local regulations

Video-conferencing and online meetings should be the preferred option, even as we restart business meetings in person

Avoid getting too close to others in busy or public areas, especially around elevators

Wear a face mask at all times – unless you are at a desk away from customers and respecting safe distance rules

Wash your hands regularly. Hand-sanitiser will be provided by the Group – make sure you use it!

Avoid moving between floors, especially in large buildings, unless it is essential

Cough and sneeze in a tissue or in your elbow and wash your hands afterward. Wash your hands immediately afterwards

Avoid touching your eyes or any other part of your face

Eat at your desk during your lunch break. Informal gatherings are not permitted

Stay at home if you are not feeling well or your temperature is above 37.5 degrees
