New digital service allows customers to bank wherever they may be.
UniCredit Bulbank’s customers can now use all banking services and products completely remotely. The service – already in use in Sofia and Plovdiv where 20 remote bankers serve clients – will be expanded to the other regions in the country by the end of the year.
Customers who use the service will still be able to visit branches but will receive all documents, services, products and consultations digitally, from their assigned personal remote banker.
Over 80% of the bank's services for individual clients are already available remotely. Transfers and utility bills can be paid completely remotely through Bulbank Online and Bulbank Mobile. Consumer and commodity loans are also fully digital as well as mobile payments through a digital wallet or Apple Pay.
