UniCredit’s Digital&Export Business School resumes again in October. Part 1 of the programme was a great success, with over 2,000 companies attending virtual events to hear from 25 expert speakers.

Part 2 will begin with a first virtual meeting in Sicily, before the journey continues across the whole of Italy with SMEs participating in 26 sessions of live coaching on specific topics and addressing issues related to the Covid-19 crisis and how to restart.

The topics covered during the live coaching will be tailored to the needs of SMEs in the specific area and sector thanks to experts from UniCredit, Sace, Simest and Microsoft. These will include export management, trade finance, risk management, digital factoring, facilitated finance, e-commerce, digital transformation, cyber security, supply chain, artificial intelligence, smart working, business sustainability and gender economy.

“The Digital&Export Business School is a concrete example of how UniCredit, working with national and international players such as Sace, Simest, Microsoft and the valuable network of trade associations, is supporting the restart of SMEs,” said Andrea Casini, Co-CEO Commercial Banking Italy. “We support the restarting phase through listening, dialogue and sharing knowledge and skills, strategic assets in these challenging times.”

The initiative is further evidence of the bank’s willingness to be #PartOfTheSolution.
