About us

UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions, the Group's global services company, was launched on 1 January 2012

Developed through the consolidation of structures and companies of UniCredit  providing, in particular, services relating to Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Operations, Real Estate, Security and Procurement, the Company employs approximately 10,600 people* and coordinates activities in 11 countries.

Services are organised with an international approach, to channel efficiency and economies of scale, whilst also keeping a clear perspective on specific local needs.

 

The focus on the customer guarantees professionalism and competence, and also constitutes added value in the growth of its people.

Organisational Structure

UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions responds quickly and effectively to service requests both from Group companies and the market, offering leading-edge banking services and infrastructure. Its activities are organised through divisions responsible for reference business lines.

The provision of services is organised by Business Line using an end-to-end service model that provides for single points of reference that act as a fulcrum, and can improve relationship effectiveness and operating efficiency.

Commercial Banking Mature Markets Business Line

The Commercial Banking Mature Markets Business Line ensures the provision of end-to-end global services for Core Banking, Credit and Securities.

It integrates and handles both application solutions and Operations components, and is intended to act as a single point of reference for all customers in the Commercial Banking area of the "mature" countries.

 

Markets and F&A Business Line

The Global Markets Business Line ensures the global supply of end-to-end services for the Markets area and represents a single point of reference for all customers, focusing on the Market Utilities and Trading & Treasury production structures, which integrate and manage both application solutions and Operations components.

Commercial Banking CEE Business Line

The Commercial Banking CEE Business Line ensures the provision of end-to-end solutions and ICT platforms to the CEE countries. It acts as a single point of reference, providing direct ICT services for the Commercial Banking area and ICT/Operations services for the credit and debit card area.

 

 

Global Enterprise Services Business Line

The Global Enterprise Services Business Line ensures the global supply of end-to-end services related to Competence Line Planning, Finance & Administration, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, and Audit. It offers ICT platforms to support the Risk Management Competence Line and the activities of other Governance functions.

Transactional Products Business Line

The Transactional Products Business Line ensures the global supply of end-to-end services regarding Payments, Cards and Other Transactions.

It integrates and handles both application solutions and Operations components, and is intended to act as a single point of reference for all customers in the Products area.

The Service Lines help optimise and develop production factors and are responsible for planning overall capacity.

ICT Service Line

The ICT Service Line directly or indirectly manages all issues related to ICT, including the development and maintenance of solutions - in accordance with Group guidelines - providing cutting-edge, economically sustainable infrastructure and ensuring Business support services.

 

Security Service Line

The Security Service Line handles all activities related to security services, in compliance with the Security Group Rules and in accordance with local laws and regulations, designed to prevent and manage any criminal/harmful events or business interruptions that could damage the Company, its tangible and intangible assets or that could impact negatively on customers.

 

Operations Service Line

The Operations Service Line manages all activities with regard to Operations processes and develops an innovative operational model/process, sharing best practices and achieving economies of scale in order to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.



Real Estate Service Line

The Real Estate Service Line offers technical and administrative real estate services to internal and external customers; it supports the parent company in managing and optimising its proprietary real estate portfolio, for both strategic and non-strategic assets; it manages and optimises the Real Estate budget, both with regard to costs and investments; and it encourages, supports and monitors real estate projects and transactions carried out by other legal entities.

Client Support Service Line

The Client Support Service Line manages all activities related to user technical support and technical requests, monitoring the service requests of the Business Lines and other Service Lines of UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions.



Procurement Service Line

The Procurement Service Line manages all activities relating to the management and optimisation of the product and service purchasing process, contributing effectively rationalising costs.

Policies and Documents

In order to promote a culture of corporate compliance and ensure an effective governance system at the same time, UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions SCpA has adopted in-ternal rules which provide for the conduct of the Company on its stakeholders.

In this section are the Articles of Association, the "organisation and management model" and documents such as "policies" and "operational instructions" available. Some of them are also mentioned in the contracts that UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions SCpA enters into with its counter-parties.
