UniCredit Spa Listing Highlights

UniCredit S.p.A. is listed on different regulated markets, such as Milan, Frankfurt and Warsaw. You can find some information and sources providing details on the stock exchanges in which UniCredit S.p.A. is listed.

 

Moreover, significant volumes of UniCredit Spa shares are traded on alternative platforms, Multilateral Trading Facilities (MTF) to the markets access, among which Turquoise, Chi-X, Bats. These alternative stock exchanges contribute on average to approximately 40% of market volume.
In the case of UniCredit S.p.A. these alternative platforms should represent around 15% of its total trading volume.

 

 

Milan

All UniCredit Ordinary Shares (International Securities Identification Number - ISIN: IT0005239360 and UniCredit Saving Shares - ISIN: IT0005239378) have been admitted to trading on the regulated market in Italy and are listed on the Italian Stock Exchange operated by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. on the Electronic Share Market (Mercato Telematico Azionario - Mta).


UniCredit S.p.A. is part of the FTSE MIB Index (previously S&P MIB from 2/6/2003 to 1/6/2009) which is the primary benchmark Index for the Italian equity markets and takes its origin from the merger between Borsa Italiana and LSE (London Stock Exchange).


The FTSE MIB Index consists of the 40 most liquid and capitalised stocks listed on Borsa Italiana's (BIt) MTA and MIV markets, selected according to a metric based on size and liquidity. Capturing approximately 80% of the domestic market capitalisation, the Index is the underlying of IDEM futures, mini-futures and options, as well as ETFs and SEDEX covered warrants and certificates.

Frankfurt

Since November 2005 UniCredit ordinary shares were also admitted to listing and trading on the Official Market (Amtlicher Markt) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse), the biggest regulated stock exchange market in Germany (85% German & 35% European exchange transactions) operated by Deutsche Boerse AG whose main Index is DAX (Deutsche Aktienindex).

Warsaw

Since December 2007 UniCredit ordinary shares were also admitted to listing and trading on the largest Stock Exchange in Central Eastern Europe, the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papier´ow Warto´sciowych w WarszawieSA - GPW), whose leadership is undisputed in the Region.
