Data and digital skills
In a dynamic and evolving context, a dedicated offer is developed to boost the understanding of the new technologies and opportunities offered to our business, customers and working life. Beginner courses introduce the fundamentals, while specific function-driven intermediate and advanced-level courses guarantee the upskilling on key data topics such as Data Analysis, Data Protection, Data Science and Advanced Analytics.
Skills required by role
To sustain our colleagues in their different daily activities, we provide a wide range of trainings aimed at developing the skills required by role and based on different proficiency levels.
The Language School is available to all staff for up to eight different languages. The digital platform offers courses, videos, articles, lessons for grammar and vocabulary, and a Virtual Classroom around the clock and on weekends.

High performance, high potential colleagues from various countries and divisions are eligible to be part of dedicated, accelerated development paths managed at Group level.
