FAQ: Impact Group Graduate Program
APPLICATION
During the online application, you will find 2 fields dedicated to the CV upload. Please only upload you CV in English in the correspondent section.
- In the motivational letter you should ONLY provide an answer to the following question (max 500 words): "What makes me the best fit for the Impact program at UniCredit?"
- Upload the document in the dedicated section during the online application
The application process is the same for all; however in case you already had an experience within the Group but you are not currently a UniCredit employee:
Please fill the section "References" in your profile in the application tool, making sure you complete the following fields:
− "Company": insert UniCredit or other company name
− "Name and Surname" of the manager/responsible
− "Role": the structure/ function name where you had the experience
Yes, you may also apply for the Impact Program. Please keep in mind the importance of the motivational letter for the selection
If you have any issues with the registration and you are not able to create your profile to apply, please write an email to candidatesupport@unicredit.eu with the Subject "Impact - application issue - Name Surname", explaining the problem you are facing and we will get back to you.
Yes, some examples would be a student exchange program, an internship or a job abroad and so on

PROGRAM
The Impact Group Graduate Program lasts ~30 months and it is composed by 2 phases: "Rotations" ~ 12 months and "Career JumpStart" ~ 18 months.
It is network of current and past Impact program graduates with access to dedicated events and initiatives. The community allows you to exchange experiences, suggestions and ideas.
No, Italian is not mandatory; English is the Impact business language and any additional languages different from mother tongue/ English will be considered as a plus.
No, the Career jumpstart will be defined towards the end of the 12 months with a dedicated selection, according to Impacter's preferences and Group strategic needs.
All the cross-functional rotations will be in 3 macro areas: Business, Digital & Innovation, Governance & Strategy. During the online application process, you can choose one of them and thus guarantee yourself 1 rotation in that macro area.
SELECTION PROCESS
Yes, after each step (Online application phase and Impact Assessment Days) of the selection process you will receive a feedback.
The selection process will end after the Impact Assessment Days planned for beginning of May and you will receive feedback shortly after.
You can apply, making sure that you already have/or in the process of obtaining a work permit in Italy as of 20 June 2022.
For the entire selection process, we recommend you use a PC/ laptop with stable internet connection (other mobile devices are enabled as well). For the online test phase you would benefit from a comfortable and silent space, pen and paper. Ensure that your microphone and webcam work.
No, we are actively looking for outstanding profiles from all academic disciplines.
Yes, but in addition to the bachelor's degree you would need a mandatory relevant internship/work experience.
Yes, remember that the Impact Program requires full-time availability; candidates graduating in 2022 will be admitted.
