FAQ: application to a job posting
APPLICATION
To apply to a job offer you need to register by accessing the "personal area" button or log in by entering the registration email and password.
Once you have completed or updated the required data and uploaded the CV, you can visit the job offers and apply through the "Apply now" button on the side of the position offered
The personal data to be entered are summarized in the CV Process list at the top right of the personal area, of which the mandatory data are marked with the gray stop symbol.
Once you have entered the information in the central fields, if these fields are correctly loaded you can see a green whisker in the CV Process list at the top right.
That's right, you can apply for all positions in the Group by clicking on the interactive map and you will be directed to the career pages of the respective Legal Entities present in the other Countries (for any technical issues, please follow the indication on the respective sites).
In addition, by accessing the job offers published in Italy, you can also apply to positions that include foreign office. In case of any technical issues please write to: candidatesupport@unicredit.eu
REGISTRATION
If you want to delete the information you have in a non-mandatory field (e.g. references) you can do so by staying in the middle list and clicking on the recicle bin icon corresponding to the entry; you don't need to access and delete individual one-to-one content.
If you want to delete the information that you entered in a required field once inside it, you will no longer be able to leave the field blank without information (there is no recicle bin option). It is essential to fill in all the required fields before applying a job offer.
Correctly you are filling the mandatory field related to the knowledge of the foreign language, in any case you need to declare your knowledge of the English language even if your level is not good.
Below login, you can find the recover password button: if your email is registered you will be delivered a password recovery message. Also check in your unwanted mail (spam) before possibly writing to candidatesupport@unicredit.eu
The system informs that for password recovery, if the login data (i.e.e-mail) are registered to the system, you will receive an email with password recovery. If you have any further problems, you can write to candidatesupport@unicredit.eu
