Who we are
Client Solutions strives to deliver excellence to UniCredit clients by leveraging on our best-in-class product and services platform to benefit all four of our regions: Italy, Germany, Central Europe and Eastern Europe. By combining the strength of two outstanding product areas - Corporate and Individual Solutions - and in collaboration with our global network of client partners, the Client Solutions business model provides customisation to local needs while reaching economies of scale - delivering competitive value-added services to our clients across the Group.
The Program
The Client Solutions Graduate Program is a 12-month development journey offering a unique onboarding path into our best-in-class products & services platform, to kick start an international career at UniCredit.
During this journey, candidates can explore their potential through on-the-job experience & job rotations in an international environment.
We are looking for recent graduates with excellent academic records, English fluency (with a second language for some roles), relevant international and work/internship experience, international mobility, and full-time availability from Summer 2023 onwards.
