UniCredit: Composition of share capital

UniCredit informs on the new composition of share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) as result of increase in capital issued pursuant resolution passed by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 16th November 2009 subscribed for Euro 1,258,444,726.50.

Certificate of increase in capital as per article 2444 of the Civil Code has been filed with the Company Register on 24th February 2010.
