Registrations to UNIDEE - Residence International Programme 2010 are now open
UniCredit Group offers 4 grants for young creatives and artists from Eastern Europe
In 2007 UniCredit Group and Cittadellarte-Fondazione Pistoletto established the Unidee&UniCredit project aimed at implementing creative processes for responsible social change and sustainable local development.
The young applicants shall submit a social transformation project to the Foundation, capable to generate local value and development. During their stay they shall be assisted to improve it most effectively through workshops, seminars, and debates held by experts, artists, and professors from a variety of domains (economic, political, scientific, and social). Once back to their home country, these cultural operators will have all the necessary tools to put their projects in practice.
The material specified in the notice shall be sent to the Foundation by April 26, 2010.
The stay shall last four months – from June to October – during which the participants shall be actively involved in the analysis and optimization of their projects. Opportunities shall be offered for visits to Italian art and culture centres, meetings with curators and specialized oeprators, definitely paramount to expand their network.
The programme shall end with the Open Studio UNIDEE in Progress, where the participants shall show their ‘work in progress’ developed during their four-month stay. UNIDEE in Process is focused on feedback and promotes interaction and dialogue between participants and visitors.
