AIRC

UniCredit has been partner of AIRC – Italian Association for Cancer Research since 2001. This partnership began with the allocation of a found dedicated to 60 study grants for young researchers from all over Italy.

Since 2009 UniCredit supports the “Team of Researchers”, composed by 11 young talented researchers, thanks to My First AIRC Grant programme.

This is a crucial year for the young talents of the UniCredit’s Research Team who, from the North to the South, are playing the most important game of their life: they work hard and without breaks to make cancer healable.

Cittadinanzattiva

Cittadinanzattiva is an Italian non-profit organization founded in 1978 that seeks to promote civic participation and the protection of citizens’ rights in Italy and in Europe.
UniCredit collaborates with Cittadinanzattiva by supporting and developing dialogue with institutions and projects on guidelines for partnership between companies and citizens organizations.

Fondaca

FONDACA – Active Citizenship Foundation – was created in 2001.
The mission of FONDACA is to contribute to the growth, sharing and better use of knowledge and scientific information on the emerging phenomenon of citizenship. FONDACA’s mission is in line with the general goals of Cittadinanzattiva.
UniCredit supports FONDACA’s research activities aimed at increasing the value of stakeholders’ involvement.

Sodalitas

Since 1998, UniCredit group has been involved in initiatives spearheaded by Sodalitas, an organization that seeks to:

• spread managerial culture across the non-profit sector
• promote the culture of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability
• support and enhance relationships between academia and the business sector
• promote partnerships among companies, non-profit groups and educational and other institutions

Politeia

Centre for Ethics and Public Choices is a non-profit organisation based in Milan, founded in 1983 with the purpose of promoting  research and public discussion on issues concerning the relationship between ethics and public choices. The centre's research programmes include political and moral theory, business ethics and corporate social responsibility, environmental ethics, bioethics, computer ethics, and science, policy analysis and law.
POLITEIA organizes since 2004 the Forum on Business Ethics and CSR in a Global Economy in cooperation with the University of Milan and a Promoting Committee of several Italian companies and organizations. The aim of the Forum is to give a chance in which managers and experts in business ethics and csr will have the opportunity to discuss the emerging ethical issues in the global economic system. 

CSR Europe

In 2011 UniCredit has joined the CSR Europe network.

CSR Europe was founded in 1995 by senior European business leaders and since then it has grown to become an inspiring network of business people working at the very forefront of CSR across Europe and globally.
Currently CSR Europe is the leading European business network for corporate social responsibility with more than 3.000 member companies throughout Europe and 31 national partner organisations as members.
UniCredit welcomes the opportunities for networking at European level that CSR Europe offers, together with the opportunities to participate in international initiatives aiming at connecting sustainability to companies' core business.
