UniCredit Spa Listing Highlights

UniCredit Spa is listed on three regulated markets: Milan, Frankfurt and Warsaw. Here we give some information and deepening sources providing a brief descriptive snapshot of information on markets in which UniCredit Spa is listed.

Italian Stock Exchange

All UniCredit Ordinary Shares (International Securities Identification Number (ISIN): IT0000064854) and UniCredit Saving Shares (ISIN IT0000064839) have been admitted to trading on the regulated market in Italy and are listed on the Italian Stock Exchange operated by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. on the Electronic Share Market (Mercato Telematico Azionario - Mta).
UniCredit Spa is part of the FTSE MIB Index (previously S&P MIB from 2/6/2003 to 1/6/2009) which is the primary benchmark Index for the Italian equity markets and takes its origin from the merger between Borsa Italiana and LSE (London Stock Exchange).
Capturing approximately 80% of the domestic market capitalization, the Index is comprised of highly liquid, leading companies across ICB sectors in Italy.
The FTSE MIB Index measures the performance of 40 Italian equities and seeks to replicate the broad sector weights of the Italian stock market. The Index is derived from the universe of stocks trading on the Borsa Italiana (BIt) main equity market. Each stock is analyzed for size and liquidity, and the overall Index has appropriate sector representation. The FTSE MIB Index is market cap-weighted after adjusting constituents for float.
