Senior Bonds

Senior bonds are one of the main sources of funding for financial institutions. These bonds represent a particularly suitable solution for all investors requiring protection from the potential default of the issuer. This protection is provided insofar as, if the issuer should become insolvent, such bonds constitute a claim to repayment that has priority over shares and subordinated bonds.
