The Software, owned by UniCredit, is protected by national copyright regulations as well as by the provisions contained in relevant international treaties. A copy of the Software may be transferred by the User to third parties, who may then install it, subject to prior acceptance of the terms and conditions referred to in the Contract annexed to said Software.
2. Prohibition of sale and other restrictions
Without prejudice to what is laid down by the previous article, the User is expressly prohibited from selling the Software, leasing it to third parties or from granting sublicences.

3. Limitation of Guarantee and Liability
The Software has the functionalities described in the installation and user manual supplied to the User with the Software in question. UniCredit does not give any form of guarantee, either express or implicit, including any implicit guarantee of the marketability or suitability for a particular use.
Without prejudice to the limits of the law, UniCredit, its Information Providers, suppliers or any other subjects involved or participating in the creation, production, marketing, distribution or delivery of the Software, may not be considered to be in any way liable for any loss that the User may incur, including each and every loss due to lost or missing revenue, interruption of information flows supplied via the Software, loss of information or for any other pecuniary loss deriving from the use of the Software or from the User’s inability to make correct use of same, even when Unicredit has been notified of this eventuality. UniCredit and its Information Providers do not give any guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy or veracity of the information supplied with the Software.
4. Contents of the Transmission and Links
It should be noted that the Software also enables the User to receive information from subjects other than UniCredit in accordance with the choice, freely made by the User, to add or remove external RSS Feeds. UniCredit, without prejudice to the limits of the law, also cannot accept any liability for:
the accuracy, veracity, reliability or legality of any product, information, opinion, representation, guarantee, advice or other material supplied indirectly via the Software by the Information Providers selected by the User;
the utilisation by the User of information received from Information Providers selected by same via the Software or for breach by the User of rights appertaining thereto;
the content of sites accessed via the links created by the User.
5. Fee for the user licence
This user licence, to which the Contract refers, is granted to the User free of charge.
6. Duration
The Contract is open-ended. The User may "forego" the user licence referred to by the Contract at any time, subject to destruction of all copies of the Software in its possession. UniCredit may notify Users of the temporary or definitive suspension of the information supply service received via the Software, at any time, by means of an appropriate communication appearing on the "UniCredit Desktop". Articles 2, 3, 4 and 7 shall remain in force even after the termination, for whatever reason, of the Contract.
7. Final provisions
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute deriving from its validity, interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
