Regulations governing general meetings

Since 1998, the UniCredit Shareholders’ Meeting has been governed in accordance with internal regulations that stipulate the procedures for all general and special meetings.

These internal regulations are also enforced, when applicable, for special meetings for the holders of specific classes of shares as well as for bondholders’ meetings.
