Headquartered in Turin, UniManagement enables UniCredit Group to enhance its reputation as a company where diverse but complementary entrepreneurial skills and cultures interact and generate value for stakeholders

UniManagement’s highly innovative spirit is demonstrated by the architecture and organization of the work spaces, which were designed to maximize the opportunity for workshops and learning activities participants to interact and grow together in flexible spaces capable of stimulating the creativity and inventive power of our managers. We are confident that these spaces will enable us to prepare our leaders to manage change and complexity.

The UniManagement Center offers a wide variety of learning experiences that make up the UniCredit Leadership Curriculum – a development path providing a common framework for leadership development.

The Leadership Curriculum is organized around different activities geared to the various target groups:

  • Basic courses for the personal skills development of the first managerial levels;
  • leadership programs for higher managerial levels;
  • leadership programs for selected groups of participants at different stages of their leadership growth.
