Life@work

Many companies focus on helping their employees to manage the so-called “work-life balance.” It is a popular way to think, but is it the right approach? Are work and life really two separate entities that are constantly at odds with each other? Is finding the perfect “balance point” between them the secret to happiness?

At UniCredit, we think differently. We believe that work is a natural part of life. We believe that only when we are satisfied with the quality of our working lives can we reach our full potential – professionally and personally. Therefore, we are always thinking up new ways to have a “life@work” that is challenging, meaningful, and fun.
