Development Programs

At UniCredit, we have put in place several distinct programs tailored for specific stages of leadership development.

UniQuest

UniQuest is the group’s international talent development program, geared to young professionals who have worked in the group for three to six years. The program aims to identify early on the most promising talent in all of our banks, countries and business lines, who aspire to international careers and who have the potential to serve in an executive capacity.

Lead for Customers

Lead for Customers is a leadership development program for middle managers, designed to foster out-of-the-box thinking, a broad understanding of the group’s strategic assets and a comprehensive sense of their role in the group.

UniFuture

UniFuture is a leadership development program for senior managers. Participants work in cross-divisional and multi-national teams to develop project ideas that draw on the spirit of innovation at UniCredit. Their work on these projects provides them with opportunities to explore new business scenarios, often far removed from their daily responsibilities, and to examine the strengths and weaknesses of their own leadership styles.

In addition to these programs, UniManagement – the group's executive learning center – offers a wide variety of learning experiences that make up the UniCredit Leadership Curriculum – a development process serving as a common group-wide framework for leadership development. The Building Blocks and Learning Labs modules of the curriculum challenge managers from different levels of the organization with state-of-the-art interactive learning tools and provide powerful peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing experiences. Leadership for Results, for instance, promotes a managerial style inspired by the principles of emotional intelligence.
