Recognizing your most talented people and providing them with challenging assignments and commensurate growth opportunities is a strategic imperative for any modern, multinational organization.
UniCredit acts on this imperative with a combination of innovative development programs and an annual group-wide review process that enables us to identify exceptional talent at an early career stage.
The Talent Management Review is the group’s most comprehensive instrument in facilitating the career development of promising colleagues. A dedicated team within the Human Resources Department plays an advisory role for all the employees identified by the Talent Management Review and matches individual profiles and aspirations with suitable job opportunities.
At this time, more than 900 individuals from all across the group have been identified through the Talent Management Review.
UniQuest, the international talent development program

UniQuest is UniCredit’s internationally-oriented talent development program, geared to young professionals who have worked with the group for three to six years.
UniQuest signals the group's commitment to the internal development of top talent and to ensure a steady flow of new management and leadership. The program is designed to identify early on the most promising talent from all the banks, countries and business lines of UniCredit, individuals who aspire to internationally-oriented careers and who have the potential to rise to the executive ranks.
UniQuest is not a traditional training program, nor is it structured as an in-house MBA. Instead it takes the form of a concrete and highly challenging “journey of innovation, learning and execution.”
UniQuest involves:
- getting results from real business projects: Participants gain visibility as they work on projects that are sponsored by and then presented to the group’s top executives.
- experiencing the diverse spirit of UniCredit: Collaborations are organized to enable participants to learn from each other’s varied cultural and professional backgrounds.
- raising self-awareness: The >Group’s Learning Center in Turin ensures that all participants seek out answers to crucial questions about their career aspirations and capabilities.
