Retail consists of six key business areas, including the Retail Italy Network, the Retail Germany & Austria Network, , Asset Gathering, Family Financing and Retail Marketing & Segments.

Corporate and Investment Banking & Private Banking Strategic Business Area

Through our Corporate and Investment Banking & Private Banking Strategic Business Area (CIB & PB), we provide tailored financial services to both corporate customers through Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and for high net worth individuals through Private Banking (PB).

Global Banking Services Strategic Business Area (GBS)

The Global Banking Services Strategic Business Area (GBS) assures the best solutions for a broad range of services and operations (including Information & Communication Technology, Back Office, Work Out, Organization and Logistics, Identity & Communications, Management Consultancy, Security and the training service offered by Lifelong Learning Center) and contributes to Group long term sustainable value creation, combining efficiency with quality and operational excellence.

CEE Divisionalization program

UniCredit Group benefits from geographical diversity with a presence in 19 Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries. Our extensive presence is the result of our strong commitment to the region. The CEE divisionalization program aims at implementing the Group business model in all the CEE countries.
