The Retail Strategic Business Area provides retail banking products and services to families and small businesses.

 

Retail’s fundamental role is to enable individuals, families and small business customers to satisfy their financial needs by offering them a complete range of high-quality, reliable products and services at competitive prices.

 

Retail is composed of six core functions:

  • Global Marketing & Segments
  • Asset Gathering

 

The objective of the Retail Network in Italy, Germany, Austria and Poland is to be the referred banking partner for customers in the mass market, affluent and small business segments and to contribute to sustainable growth in a phase of increasing competition, more restrictive regulations and volatile financial markets.

 

Household Financing seeks to leverage the Group’s network and create a world-class global product factory in Consumer Loans, Mortgages and Revolving Cards.
This business is currently active in Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia.

 

Global Marketing & Segments takes a global approach to segment and product management, transfers expertise between countries and creates synergies capable of providing clients with the best current account services, investment and credit products. Managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities and multi-channel banking, this function brings our innovative culture to customer service and also supports the Group CEE Banks.

 

Asset Gathering uses its network of financial planners and independent financial advisors to provide innovative, specialized and qualified financial services, thanks to a range of products characterized by efficiency and specialization. This business specifically offers services in retail and institutional trading, multi-brand investment, online banking and credit.

 

Our retail banking strength stems from several sources, driven mainly by our peopole’s expertise and an organization-wide customer-centric approach. We are also leveraging our international presence by providing state-of-the-art cross border business services with dedicated desk for our customers.
