The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Division of UniCredit focuses on Corporate clients with an annual turnover above €50 mln. With about 13,000 employees, CIB is active in a wide-spread network of banks, branches and Rep Offices with which it provides an extensive cross-border reach in Europe and across the Globe.
CIB's areas of expertise are:
- Corporate Banking and Transaction Services
- Structured Finance, Capital Markets and Investment Products
- Access to Western, Central and Eastern Europe
The service model for corporate clients varies by segments. This allows CIB to rapidly evaluate the requirements of companies, their growth potential in the long-term, the markets in which they operate and meet their demands with effective, tailor-made solutions.
CIB operates through its Networks dedicated to Corporates and Financial Institutions in Austria, CEE, Germany, Italy, Poland and through specific Product Lines.
Product Lines are the key business areas within CIB in charge of developing and delivering innovative products and services in accordance to our clients' needs. Three different Product Lines have been established: Global Transaction Banking, Financing & Advisory, Markets. In that framework, CIB offers products and services such as: Cash Management, Trade & Export Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Commodity Trade Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Structured Commodity Finance, Capital Markets, M&A, Principal Investments, Structured Derivatives, Rates, FX, Equities and Research.
