 Head of Financing and AdvisoryVittorio Ogliengo was born in Turin (Italy) on 5th May 1958.
From 1985 to 1988 he gained experience in Citibank N.A. working in Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking in Turin, Milan and London.
In 1988 he joined FIAT Group, initially as Responsible for the Treasury and Capital Markets area, reporting directly to the International Finance Director. Then he became Head of Finance Department and then General Manager of Fiat Deutschland, where he lived for three years.
In 1994 he left Fiat and joined the Barilla Group as Head of Finance Department.
In 1998 he moved to Chicago as Chief Financial Officer of Barilla America.
In 1999 he came back to Italy as Chief Financial Officer of Barilla Group G.&R. F.lli.
In 2003 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Barilla Holding, which is responsible for the corporate governance of subsidiaries (Barilla G&R Fratelli SpA, Kamps AG, Harry's Sa and Gran Milano SpA).
In 2005 he joined Unicredit as Head of Corporate Division. In the same year he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Unicredit Corporate Banking (former Unicredit Banca d’Impresa).
On 1st of April 2009 he has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Financing & Advisory.
He is member of UniCredit Management Committee.
He is also member of UniCredit Bank Austria Supervisory Board and Chief of the Credit Committee of the Supervisory Board.
Additionally to Italian he speaks fluently English, German and French. |
